Event Description: This 3.5-hour, in-person workshop is designed to help coaches organize players of all ages, provide basic coaching in a group setting, and establish an athlete-centered environment. Completion of this workshop is required for the Development Coach Badge.

Additional Event Notes: Participants must be USTA Coaching Baseline members or above. High school students can register at no cost by emailing Lani-Rae Green at green@norcal.usta.com. To receive the Developing Coach Badge, coaches must also be Safe Play Approved (usta.com/safeplay) and have completed Intro to Coaching 1 & 2 online modules.
